I have had such an amazing service recently with Becky and Shaunna N. They are both so lovely. It was my first time meeting Shaunna N but Becky is amazing every time I visit. I love lush and frequent lush in London and Cardiff but frankly the service provided in the Swansea branch is far superior to any other stores! Becky and the team are always so welcoming and helpful and make my day every time I go there! They don't want to just sell you something they want to make sure its right for you and just generally make your day!! Amazing service thank you girlies!!

We always love coming into Lush, all the people there are super helpful and lovely to chat to. Today I really needed some help with toothpaste style things and Nat was on hand to give me all the info and advice about non minty toothy tabs and toothjelly, I will be trying out the 3 that she gave me samples of that we decided on and hopefully 1 or 2 of them will be winners and I'll be back to buy the perfect one for me ? Thank you again to Nat, you were amazing!?Also thank you to the lovely person who let my toddler put a egg bath bomb in some water to play with and created loads of fluffy pink bubbles for her to play with too, she was soo happy and is very excited to use her blue carrot in her tiny baby bath??

I went in on my birthday with my boyfriend, was approached by Becky! She greeted us very smiley asking what we were up to today, I mentioned I was just doing some birthday shopping, she very kindly offered to do a cute little pamper session for my hands, she showed me some products, used them on me and gave me a lovely hand massage and even sent me away with some testers and a little gift. Was an amazing experience and can?t say I?ve seen anywhere with better customer service!!!

We met Becky today in the Swansea store, she was welcoming and friendly to both my daughter and myself. We both had a fab hand massage , and Becky gave us some brilliant advice about which products would suit us best. We love Lush anyway, but Becky made our shopping experience so much more personal and tailored to our needs x

Myself and Daughter-in-law had such a lovely experience with Becky. On arrival she approached us with such a friendly manner and asked us if we?d like to have a hand massage using your beautiful products.I found it very relaxing but at the same time so informative as she wrote down all the products she used along with all the natural ingredients and how to use them.I have such praise for an excellent sales lady as they are very few and far between! I met Becky today and she gave me and my mum in law a wonderful hand massage and lots of samples to try out, Becky is wonderful, funny and very caring and lovely to see someone who enjoys and love their job and the place they work! Went in store today with my son, staff were wonderful with him and a lady called Meg entertained him showing him some of the different products they had in store and let him play with the water, it really allowed me to focus a little on my shopping whilst he was entertained which was wonderful! We felt very welcome, always do when we come in and always someone around to answer any questions and make suggestions on products suitable for ourselves depending on what we are looking for.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Zoe and Em yesterday, just before closing time. Their depth of knowledge about the products was truly impressive, and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect treat to get me through a challenging dissertation week. Not only did they assist me in selecting the ideal product, but they also generously provided me with a sample of a delicious smelling shower gel to try. Their attentive and personalized service exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for better customer care. Their genuine enthusiasm for helping customers made my shopping experience truly delightful. I am already looking forward to returning to the store in the future. We visited Swansea Saturday from the valleys. Popped into your store randomly as we were passing only to be met by the most kindest, caring staff ever!My daughter has been very poorly the last few weeks and has been very down in the dumps but after a sit down with Caitlin she didn't stop smiling! I haven't seen a smile that big in a long time and all she has talked about since is Caitlin and your shop! Thank you so much for making my little girls day it was unexpected and massively appreciated!! Your staff deserve a massive shout out.
