“We had a lovely stay and recommend this inn for the location, views and lovely staff. The only drawbacks were the flush and the breakfast situation. The flush mechanism was very loud in the bathroom as there seems to be two flushes, one of which went off constantly while showering. The only issue about breakfast was that we were told it would be at 9am but turned up and there was nobody there. Other than that it was lovely, the dinner was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Ideal location in the centre, 5 minutes walk from the arena. Although nightlife was buzzing due to being near the pubs & clubs, rooms were soundproof. Staff & rooms were excellent & who doesn't love a premier inn breakfast??”

“I spoke with Sarah, I asked her for the firm bed locations, Sarah showed me the beds and left me to try them, advising to try in all sleeping positions, not just my back. I felt comfortable and was able to take my time. Sarah was very friendly and put me at ease. I had some pillow questions too and Sarah helped me identify the one that worked for me. This is a friendly store, I called back a few days later and felt it was the sort of store I could just call into for a chat.”

“We chose the Travelodge for a weekend stay as you generally know what you're going to get with a Travelodge. We travelled from Essex coming to Swansea for a business trip. The check in was easy, hotel is located within the service station and staff are helpful. The room and corridors were clean and tidy. Bathroom and towels clean and tidy. There was everything we needed for a short comfortable break. Bed a bit squeaky but fine. For the price we paid this was excellent value. Plenty in the services, parking easy and close to town and the beaches”

“Good old Premier Inn! Great value comfortable accomodation. Hearty breakfast and non-pretentious food.
Great location too.
But the hotel & rooms could do with a little tidying up here and there. Otherwise, a good recommendation.”

“This was a by far larger room than in Central London, however to be fair, London doesn't have the same space allowance as Wales does.The staff were kind and helped us recieve cabs and irons. I do wish they had more on the menu for dietary restriction and allergies, but I guess when one does not receive as many customer with these issues, they don't really see a need to change, but my generation has a lot more health and eating issues, so they are bound to change in the next 5 years or so.Nearby activities: There was much to do around there, but we were foodies, so we went to restaurants.Walkability: Stores and food were close by. However, Swansea closes shop at about 5:30-6:00, so We didn't get to go to as many places as we wanted to see.”
