Pretty shocking customer service to be honest all customers directed to the machines even when counter staff are readily available,
One positive point for this branch is an older guy that works behind the counter. Not sure his name but that he is super friendly to everyone if you?re lucky enough to get him then you will have a glimpse of how banks used to operate.
these days, unfortunately staff are brainwashed into telling everybody to get on the machine or download the app i?ve even been told by a staff member to go to the post office the bank coins because they had a limit to how many you can bank in one go.

Met Suzzane today who went out of her way to help me with a very personal and emotional situation even though the bank was busy.
I came away believing that there are still lovely , helpful and caring people in this world.
Thankyou Suzzane and Lloyd's, you are amazing.

Awful customer service towards a family member this afternoon, bank clerk looked stressed as it was so busy and the only one operating the service on the desks, unwilling to help organise change into a bank account, many excuses used.

A bank in the middle of nowhere and on an enterprise zone which you can only get to if you own a car. Closed every branch where it was convenient to the elderly and low income.

My company was subjected to a telephone scam by a company acting as Amazon Prime!Three accounts were accessed during a telephone conversation, one Barclays account and 2 business accounts with lloyds!Barclays refunded our funds within 14 days , lloyds however weren?t as obliging and have now told us that the hacked accounts won?t be refunded.We are now in the process of dealing with the FOS( financial Ombudsman service).
