On my aunt moving to Swansea I found Living at Home when searching the internet for carers for her & I am very pleased to have done so.I have never met the team as I live 250 miles away but my other aunt has and we both concur that Living at Home carers are really lovely ladies with a friendly and caring attitude, which is needed with the elderly. They send us daily reports too, which is a bonus to know what is happening in my aunt's life.I can say we both highly recommend this service and am sure my aunt who is the recipient of the care, would agree too.Well done Living at Home.

Great company to work for with very supportive and professional team.Management and staff are highly passionate about delivering the best care for their clients.Carers are given plenty of time with clients to enable them to deliver quality care and support.I feel proud to work for this company and would recommend to anyone looking to work as carer for the company or anyone looking for a loved one to be cared for at home.

I used Living At Home for my great Aunt who has Dementia xx d the care was fantastic-few teething problems as to be expected but always dealt with.Unfortunately due to Aunts increasing needs it was not financially viable for us as the costs are high.However other than be without the company I decided to keep a 1 hour cleaning call each week-this is where the company fell short. My aunt was charged £25 fir 1 hour cleaning but nothing was clean when I arrived a few hours later. I sent photographic evidence but still charged-really disappointed and felt very let down. This has now lowered my confidence in the company that before was so high.

We?ve been using Living at Home for several months now. The service has been very good and a range of carers have taken care of our mother?s needs and provided her with some welcome company at the same time. Whenever issues arose, they were soon dealt with through the carer on call service and we have been able to see the carer schedule and notes through their mobile app which has been a big plus. All in all, we can definitely recommend.

It's been a great experience working together with Living at Home in Swansea. Grey Matters Consultancy Cardiff aims to provide holistic advice and support for people in order to gain them access to financial support that most people don't know exists. Living at Home has been an excellent fit for us - they clearly have an aim of providing that rounded support that we aim to provide, and in working with us, Living at Home are able to show those that they support that they are truly, always looking to act with their best interests at heart. It's been a pleasure working with James, and it's clear that together we can help people to make informed choices on their care, enabling and empowering people to live comfortably and independently in their own homes for longer. When our mum needed some extra support to help her live independently at home, we began the process of researching care providers in the local area. At the time Living at Home was a recent set up company but I was impressed with their quick and friendly response. The process of setting up a care package was straightforward and they were extremely flexible. All the carers who called on mum were so pleasant and reliable. Communication with Jo was easy and she was always quick to respond. We were able to increase the visits as mum?s needs changed. We are happy to recommend Living at Home.

Living at Home were fab in helping our family with private homecare services. Mum needed help with washing and dressing as well as housekeeping due to her dementia and they always adhered to mums? personal needs and preferences making sure she was well catered for.Really quick response to our enquiry which made the whole process really simple to get started. Thank you, all of the team, at Living at Home for your ongoing support, we really couldn?t keep mum living at home without you.

My father's care was overseen by his caregiver, who was really pleasant to all of us. My father's caregiver was so amazing; kind, efficient, and capable of dealing with any situation. We had every reason to believe that our father was in excellent hands, and that was most definitely the case.

At our initial encounter with Living at Home, we were impressed by their professionalism and sensitivity. They were able to provide us with the care plan mum needed and enrolled us in an app that allowed us to keep track of our mothers' visits and report any problems, and this was quite beneficial to us. At first, mum was unimpressed with having carers, but she warmed up to them and even told them she was going to miss them when the visits came to an end. Nothing was too much for the team of carers given they were professional, well-trained, and very kind. We can say that having peace of mind that your loved ones are getting the best care is what we got with Living at Home. We would strongly recommend them, and we would not hesitate to call them again if we needed more assistance.

My father in law has relied on Living at Home for assistance with his morning routine following a brief stay in the hospital in his later years.The carer not only arrived on time, but also with smiles and a fantastic sense of humour, which our father appreciated.They'd encourage him to go to the bathroom on his own, but they'd always be there to help with enabling!The carer allowed him to accomplish as much as he could on his own while providing him with the necessary help in a safe and dignified manner.They have no qualms about going the extra mile to help him.They have eagerly supported his daily physio regime, which has shown to be quite beneficial.We can only thank everyone for making us happy and giving us that sense of security and confidence when we needed it the most.Thank you very much, ladies, for a fantastic job well done.
