Order Zinger fillet box meal, chilli bites and hot wings. The taste is nice and rice box is sufficient enough portion for one person.

Drive through visit. Not much you can say about KFC that people don't already know! Service quick, food hot and as ordered. Situated close to large Asda store. Ample parking.

Went through the drive thru. Asked for boneless feast. Opened the bag and there was no chips. Went inside and told a staff member. She wasn't interested. So the girl who gave me my oder originally came to see me. Told her the chips missing. She aggressively said I put them in. Eventually had them plus a "lovely attitude". Does she really think I would con them out of a couple of chips!!!

As KFCs go, this one is generally okay. However they sometimes pull a fast one.
Last couple of times I've driven through I've had lettuce in a wrap instead of the rainbow slaw that's supposed to be inside.
And I always need to ask twice for a spork/napkins, sauces etc.
There is one silver lining here, when you dine inside, there's sometimes a older lady who clearly appreciates her job here and is a pleasure to order with.
Photo for reference, £6 twister wrap, may as well have been a Flamin wrap for £2... disappointing.

Unfortunately, my chicken and rice were both cold. I would have asked for a fresh one if we had time.

I am extremely disappointed with this particular KFC. Not only has my order been incorrect on multiple occasions, but the staff also need to be educated on customer service and manners. Cleanliness and hygiene are essential when working in the food industry, and KFC has failed to provide this.
The car park is in a disgraceful state. I have witnessed a rat running through it on one occasion, as there is rubbish and leftover food that has fallen out of the overflowing bin.
Furthermore, customers who eat their food in their cars have been seen throwing food and rubbish out into the car park, and KFC has failed to assign a staff member to clear the rubbish and empty the bins.
I have decided that I will not be returning here.

Great place and service, plus the quality of food is sound.
This is a complaint as I need 2 slot cup holders. The 4 slot cup holders aren?t good enough and is unstable. So this evening after coming back a month later c they still don?t have the 2 cup holders. My drink spilt, and now I don?t have my drink to go with the meal. They didn?t have these last month either.
Please get the 2 or cup holders. I will then change my review to 5 stars
