I feel awful giving such a negative review but the quality here on a number of occasions has simply been terrible. I don't really understand how this KFC is so much worse than every other I have visited as you would imagine that standards would be at least similar but the food quality here is awful comparatively.

I am a delivery rider, and I have had a very bad experience at this KFC branch. One of the staff members is extremely rude and unprofessional towards delivery drivers. He refuses to give orders for personal reasons, speaks disrespectfully, and even bans riders unfairly. Many other delivery riders have faced the same issue.
As a rider, I am working with businesses to deliver food to customers. It is unfair to be treated this way. I hope KFC management takes action and ensures that staff behave professionally with everyone."

Service bit slow but good food.
Parking: Limited parking bays outside. Quite busy and not always parked decent.

Actually the worst kfc experience ever. The manager charged me extra for something I didn't ask for. I asked for just a large popcorn chicken and he decided to charge me for a large meal telling me it's cheaper. Only after i got my recite. I then complained saying your added stuff to my order without telling me and charged me for it. The manager decides to give me a free dip as compensation. Cool fair enough, I then decide to buy some chicken wings and I told him just chicken wings. I pay for just chicken wings and the manager refused to hand them over after I had paid for it. He said I need to return the dip he gave me for free in return I get the chicken wings I paid for. So back and forth arguing saying you gave it to me and now your not giving the stuff I paid for in return. In the end I didn't really care about the dip so I gave it back and he gave me the chicken wings. The point of the story is I didn't care too much about the dip but the attitude of this manager.

In this KFC all peace of chicken are too small . shop is dirty. They refused any voucher or discount code.

Fairly average KFC.
Sometimes the chicken is fresh, sometimes it's been on the heating racks for a hour or two which makes the chicken a bit mediocre.

The service was great and fast and while the food started out with hot mash potato, the chicken (boneless banquet) must have been there for the entire morning. It was mushy and cold.
