Very nice restaurant/cafe in the heart of Swansea, great place if you want a budget breakfast, brunch, lunch or afternoon snack.
Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

I was recommended to visit Kardomah by a friend who is a local to Swansea. He said it was a true Swansea icon and it really was!
The food was just good standard UK food with no bells and whistles but exactly what you would want but it was the staff which took this place to the next level.
They were so friendly, so helpful and so welcoming. I was on my way to a festival and they gave me tips and hints for the weekend. They even offered their help with getting me there.
I was almost sorry to leave and get on with the rest of my weekend. I could have stayed all day!

This old school cafe doesn?t need my review, it?s just wonderful. Take a step back in time and enjoy a traditional cafe with great food and attentive staff. The way they look after their older customers is just heartwarming. Don?t miss this treat if you?re passing.

Found this lovely place when shopping in Swansea. Lovely and clean very friendly staff and good food. Considering it was quite busy didn't have long to wait for the food. Highly recommend.

Food was of a high standard.
Plenty of home made touches like freshly made salads and unusually their own blends of coffee.
I had the jacket potatoe with tuna .it was presented professionally and the staff were very friendly and amiable.

My daughter and I had a wonderful visit to The Kardomah Restaurant on **Wednesday, May 28, 2025**, and once again, it did not disappoint!
The customer service was incredibly efficient and friendly, making our experience enjoyable from start to finish.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had the delicious **beef dinner**, and my daughter loved her **house burger**. Both dishes were perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous?excellent value for money!
I've been coming to The Kardomah since I was a child with my family, and it truly is a Swansea institution that has *never* let me down over the years. The quality and charm remain consistently high.
I highly recommend The Kardomah to anyone seeking fantastic food, great service, and a truly classic dining experience in Swansea. It?s a place filled with cherished memories and consistently good food!

My partner and I went here the other week and the service was fabulous, really friendly and attentive staff.
We had a full English, a Spanish omelette, and the house special of Greek lemon chicken which was out of this world! The portion sizes are great and the prices affordable! The coffee was also smooth and delicious!! Would definitely recommend :)
