The server got my order entirely wrong because she was too busy talking about a customer with another customer. How rude! I asked for sausage rolls, and was given pasties.

Very rude staff, and bread is barely edible as it's way too dry and hard. Go in the bin at the end.

They are never open until the times that?s put up. My partner went there at 4:30pm and they were closed, it states 6pm online and on their doors it says 5pm.. Misleading and disappointing because the food is beautiful and the staff are lovely aswell.

Went here last week, watched a male member of staff walk in off the street and then start pulling all the rolls and sandwiches forward on the shelf. Clearly merchandising but found it quite unhygienic in the times we are in. I did actually go to Greggs after this as I wanted a sandwich. Staff are always friendly but this fell short in my eyes.
