I have worked for Homeinstead for nearly 2yrs and up until then I had never worked in Social Care before but I'm so glad I decided to give it a try. I work with some lovely carers and always feel supported by office staff but most of all its all about the lovely clients that I go to and knowing that you have made such a difference to their lives and that's so rewarding.

I have worked for Home Instead Swansea for over 2 years. I have previously worked in other care company's, however they do not compare to Home Instead! The office staff are amazing, always there to give help and support when needed. Home Instead really do care for both their clients and staff. I love my job and I love going to see all my clients! Whether it's a career change or looking for care for yourself or a family member, I would highly recommend Home Instead!

I joined home instead in January after being made redundant. I had always worked in retail and felt undervalued so I wanted to do something that was worth while. I was very unsure but the whole process was seemless. The recruitment and office/support team are efficient, professional but very approachable and super friendly. The recruitment process and training was very informative and easy to navigate and gave me the confidence to work in a field I had never worked in before. I am 7 months on and I can honestly say I absolutely love my job. I could never imagine doing anything else or anyone else. Highly recommend as an employee and definitely recommend to anyone that is considering a service for their loved one. Well done Home Instead and to all the amazing caregivers. ?

I joined Home Instead 3 years ago which was a big career change but one I am so glad I did. The ethos of the company to provide quality care is evidenced throughout the entire team, who are all passionate about making a real difference. What impresses me most is the way in which they maintain the same quality of care for staff who are equally as important as clients. I feel proud and privileged to work for such a great company who are true thought leaders in the care sector & genuinely contribute & share great ideas, events & knowledge to make a difference locally for older people. Whether you are thinking of care for a loved one or considering a new career, you will be incredibly well looked after!

I joined Home Instead in 2016, & throughly enjoy my job.sometimes its not like going to work, I look forward to seeing my clients and the difference it makes on day to day basis, it is very rewarding and satisfying knowing that we make a huge difference in there lives, I've built up a fab relationship with the clients as Home instead have a real continuity of care, The support we get from the office especially through Covid has been excellent its like being apart of a big family, Great Company to work for
