In Response to BEV R's review.As we discussed with the patients representative the following day this was a miscommunication from the care agency who hadn't in fact contacted the Pharmacy at all and the patients meds were awaiting collection by care staff from 9am.Patient received meds the following day.

Care agency goes to request tablets for afternoon call..told they are to be delivered...now 6pm care agency arrive..chemist closed ..no tablets...really ? Not good im afraid !
