Visited Gowerton today was met by Maggie who sat us on a lovely table, Bev our server was fantastic nothing was too much trouble. Great food and great service always a pleasure to visit.

This was a busy evening in the lead up to Christmas and the food and staff were amazing. We were a party of 7 and the service we received was outstanding. Despite it being very busy, we were served quickly, efficiently and with a smile by both the waiter (who we believed was new) and the manageress. The food was very tasty and we will definitely visit again.

Christmas Dinner 2023 Poor service Luke warm food Barely edible dinner and couldn't eat any of the Christmas pudding it was disgusting. Manger left the building and junior staff to deal with all the complaints and refunds being requested. We asked for a quiet table for a child with additional needs, ended up waiting 20 mins to be seated, and that was after I went and found the manager and requested she hurried up as my son was getting agitated waiting by the door, so she sat us at a table that had to be cleaned, took her 15 mins to get cutlery to us, then a further 10 - 15 mins to get server to us... Starter was passable ....just We pre ordered Xmas dinner in advance and we had to correct mistakes, ask for everything, clear out own table twice, and it took 2.5 hours!!!!! Al carte restaurant cooking from scratch could take an hour off that time and serve something edible. Sadly we.will not be returning and like others we had a full refund given by a junior member as the manager wouldn't even answer her call for authorisation.

Breakfast with Santa was fantastic. The breakfast was cooked lovely and the Santa was really good. He went above and beyond.

An amazing breakfast with Santa, the was great. The Elf was fabulous, the best Elf we have seen, she was entertaining and she made everyone feel comfortable and was so engaging with the children. Santa was great too. We all had a brilliant time, well done Harvester and a special thank you to the happy, fun Elf

Breakfast with Santa is a winner! Was a quiet morning in early December, greeted at the door immediately by a very enthusiastic Elf and the big man himself (Santa). After being seated, we were quickly moved to a table in a warmer location as it was early and quiet. The serving team was excellent, orders were taken promptly, and some sterling advice was given on what to order. The kids (12 & 6) were given a goodie bag each and were attended to expertly by Amy the Elf throughout. When it was time to meet Santa, we were taken across, and the whole experience was lovely (even if the 12 year old was UTTERLY mortified at being seen with Santa in public). 14/10, Elftastic!

Went for an evening meal on Saturday lovely atmosphere the staff were very friendly our waitress couldn?t do enough, for us ,the service was very efficient ,and the food was hot and absolutely delicious would definitely recommend a visit
