Opened the shop for me 10-15 minutes early when I was talking to a neighbor that recognised him and directed me to him. The only problem was the 5 pounds minimum purchase (mine was 3.5 max). Overall, good experience!

Today the owner of harrison's art supplies threatened my disabled friend.She has Autism and was standing on the pavement locking her bicycle up so she could go in and get some supplies.As she was standing on the pavement a car pulled up on the road and started to reverse into her mounting the pavement trying to force her to move to access his parking space. she tapped the car to alert the driver that she was there and he opened his door to shout at her, it was the man who works in harrison's. he said that it was his driveway on the other side of the pavement. I think that perhaps this man should be aware that driving onto a pavement and trying to force a pedestrian out of his way is threatening and very scary for an individual, especially for vulnerable people, regardless whether his parking space was there or not it is definitely regarded as an offence to be threatening towards people.a note to the shop owner. perhaps you should re-acquaint yourself with the highway code which states "needing to cross a pavement or cycle track; for example, to reach or leave a driveway. Give way to pedestrians and cyclists on the pavement" if you are struggling to understand that due to your own sense of entitlement perhaps you should try to imagine what it would feel like to have a few tons of metal trying to aggressively push you out of their way.it was very sad to receive a phone call today with her crying and having a panic attack and perhaps next time, just say "excuse me."
