The fact that I was at the counter was not recognised by either of the two staff dealing with one customer, I had to ask for assistance.
I objected to the lad serving me calling me mate and when I pointed out I was not his made he argued, training needed ( the word Sir is excessive ).
He did the job efficiently and quickly which was why I was there.
