Professional and honest behavior to the customers, went for a full service , came out on time ( a few hours long as expected). Being going to Halfords in New Cut Road Swansea for a few years, cannot recommend them enough, reliable, trustworthy service every time. Technicians and mechanics communicate very well and and are explanatory of any issues and always suggest the best possible solution. Done the membership scheme as well, pays off as gives Access to multiple offers and discounts. Keep on going folks!

One of the worse Halfords branch ever.
Your I had a pre-booked appointment for wheel tracking at 2:15 pm. As advised, I arrived at 2:00 pm and left my car with your staff. I was informed that the work would take approximately 1.5 hours.
When I returned at 4:00 pm, I was told the work had not been carried out and that it would be completed within the next hour. I waited again and returned at 5:15 pm, only to find that my car had not even been moved to the working area. At this point, I had no choice but to leave without the work being done.
This experience caused me significant inconvenience. I had taken half a day off work to attend the appointment, only to waste my time waiting without any explanation, apology, or basic courtesy from your staff. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service was extremely disappointing..

Friday 22/08/25
Went in for the MOT which took 1h20 and I knew it would fail because the amber engine management light was on. But, for some reason they did not diagnose it there and then, nor did they inform me why.
Tuesday 23/08/25
Back in to get the engine tested and came back with faulty oxygen sensor. Appointment at 11am and supposed to last an hour. Instead it took around 3.5 hours. They did not have the part on the day either but said they could get it in by the next day.
Wednesday 24/08/25
Brought it in around 09:30am and phoned in at 12ish for an update, they said it?s unlikely that it would be done until end of the day but they?d let me know if they do it sooner. Then they called around 2ish and said it was ready to collect. Came to collect it, paid and drove it back home. Then after an hour or so I checked the MOT status (should have done it sooner, but assumed they?d done it as planned). Turns out they never rechecked it to pass the MOT so was quite annoyed at this point. It was the whole reason I brought it in on the Friday and they let me go without passing the MOT after doing all the necessary work?
They apologised for the confusion and said to bring it back down (another 40min drive) and assured me that it would only take twenty minutes. In fact, it took around an hour and a half.
Overall, I felt let down by the lack of communication and organisation, which meant four separate visits across three separate days, long waits, and extra travel for what should have been handled in one or two appointments.

Phillip and his colleagues at the front desk are awesome. They communicate super clearly and fixed a mess caused by online site and call centre for a simple battery change. Skip trying to do things online and just go an speak to these boys 10/10

The team were really kind and helpful, it was at the end of the day and they were really busy but made sure that we were ok, a special thank you to Johnathan who helped us get home ( went out of his way to ensure that we could) The team at New Cut Road should definitely get a bonus. I will be calling in with donuts over the next few days. Thank you so much for your help

Very slowly. There was an appointment at 11:30 to change the oil in the engine. At 17.30 they hadn't done it yet, they said to wait 10 minutes. The usual car service turned into a nightmare.

Wrong diagnosed which brakes needed changing said it was the front but turns out it was the rear...meant to have fixed the rear caliper as well ...this was screwed..never use them
