Customer service poor, most staff are genuinely nice however today there was a particular staff member who is English - I am English also ( I didn't get her name) maybe Karen and possibly a manager as she seemed to think she was one, and had to be a jobsworth over KETCHUP!!! After ordering a breakfast baguette she told me I'm not allowed ketchup as it's for the hot section only ( all day breakfast been hot food - no brainer) as well as refusing to sell me ketchup. Support local bakers instead that are more thankful for custom.

Strange staff members will put you on blast for standing at the counter waiting to be served, so what ever you do if you go here do not move a muscle unless they call your name ? just give your money to a local company not some over priced mega chain that sells freezing cold food

Best thing about Greggs in this area, is there?s very often a Jenkins nearby.
And now Greggs no longer offer oat milk ?to avoid accidentally giving a lactose intolerant person real milk?, because they are incredible of following safe working practices. Unbelievable.

Can not understand why greggs throws out so much food when they use the to good to go app,had some bags other day,but what they had to throw out because company policy was disgusting

Awful customer service from a young girl called Sophia who started shouting across the busy store, because we didn?t pay to sit in and didn?t even ask us if we were but claimed she did, then stated that I was being disrespectful but she was shouting first.
