I've been wearing glasses, and, intermittently, contact lenses, for 50 years so I have plenty of experience with opticians. Gorseinon Eye Centre is outstanding in every aspect. The optician who tested and scanned my eyes was highly professional resulting in the best corrective prescription I've ever had. The staff member who helped me pick my frames and lenses actually took time to listen to my needs and picked out a brilliant pair of frames for me - something that's really difficult for me to do myself since I can't see what they look like until they are glazed. The Nikon lenses are frankly amazing and the quality of vision they provide is simply stunning. Another professional fitted me with contact lenses and again, the prescription is great and the contacts are high quality, comfortable and meet my needs. I'm particularly happy that I can buy contacts exactly as and when I need them, since I don't wear them every day, and I'm not tied into a Specsaver type subscription plan. The staff are friendly, kind, welcoming and reassuringly professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As a family we are all short sighted and have been with Gorseinon Eye Centre for a while. The service and expertise has always been fantastic but recently my son had to have an emergency appointment due to pain in his eye, which turned out to be an ulcer. The team were brilliant, fitted us in quickly, gave a thorough exam and got an appointment at the hospital. They were also able to order glasses and sports glasses extremely quickly so that my son could continue with his scholarship with minimal disruption. Honestly we cannot thank you all enough.

Called Gorseinon Eye Centre this morning with a suspected eye infection that had been bothering me for weeksAfter answering routine questions regarding my issue I was given a appointment for 12.00 that morning.I was seen by Mandy the ophthalmologist and given a thourough examination.Having seen a problem with my eyes -Mandy contacted Singleton Hospital eye Clinic and managed to arranged a appointment for the same day.A infection was diagnosed and treatedExcellent service and thank you to all the staff at Gorseinon eye ClinicDennis Jones

After a poppadom issue where it flew into my eye....and when the laughter stopped.. lol..they were very helpful and thorough..going through a lot of checks to ensure no damage...very helpful staff

Took my 10 year grand-daughter for an eye test. She was very nervous but due to their warm and friendly manner she quickly relaxed. They patiently helped her to select her glasses. We were both pleased that we had chosen them as our opticians. Would definitely recommend them

Fitted me in as an emergency appointment today even though I don't live in the area and called quite late. Everyone was very professional, patient and friendly and the examination was thorough and quick. Covid precautions in store were great, it was super clean and I felt very safe and well looked after. Thankyou so much again for helping me so last minute today!

My mummy is writing this as I'm only 2 & can't write yet. Last week my Nanna took me to have an eye test as Mummy and Nanna thought I had a poorly eye. I saw a nice lady called Mandy and she looked at my eyes for me. I had to look at pictures to see if I could see them properly. There was a tiger and a crocodile and lots of others. It was fun and not hard. Mandy also looked in my eyes with a special bright light and she said I was a really good boy and I got a sticker. My eyes are really good. If you have little children like me its good to take them to have an eye check.

I highly reccomend Gorseinon Eye Centre to everyone, this was my first time I've ever been somewhere different for my eye test, and can honestly say what a very thorough eye examination and a superb choice of frames to pick from. Both optician and staff were amazing and offered me incredible customer service which goes a long way. I didn't just feel like a customer, from my eye examination until the time I left the shop I felt up most satisfaction from the service they provided me and I will most certainly spreading the word about my experience and will definitely be going back.
