Always have beautiful flowers from Flowers By Arrangement. Phoned up last week for a delivery and they were delivered the following day, beautiful. I have walked into the shop a few times and had a bouquet while I wait always made beautifully. Highly recommend.

I ordered a natural hand tied sheaf of flowers to put on our beautiful Mum's coffin. I tried to explain to the lovely lady who served me what i had in mind. When the flowers were delivered to the funeral home we were all in tears, they were absolutely beautiful and exactly how I imagined them, down to the last detail. We as a family just wanted to say thank you so much.

I feel compelled to write this. Im travelling to London, so picked up a small bunch of flowers at Tesco to lay for the queen from my family. I didn't order a bunch from a florist as I'll be travelling with a small case, laptop bag and handbag so just wanted a something i'd be able to carry whilst travelling. The children asked if they could write the card that comes with a bunch of flowers, I explained they didnt come with one, but we would stop off at the local florist and ask to buy one to write their message. I went to Flowers by arrangement and asked if I could buy a card explaining the situation, I was told no they won't sell one. I then went to Swansea market and asked the florist there if I could buy one explaining the situation. Not only did they allow me to have one they also gave it for free under the circumstances. Unfortunately the children are now in school so can't write their message but I will do it on their behalf. I will no longer buy my bouquets from flowers by arrangement, I will be travelling to swansea market.Be kind the nations in mourning ?

Ordered funeral flowers from flowers by arrangement, was a bit worried that they wouldn't look very fresh as they needed to be at church the day before funeral, and we are experiencing a heat wave, needn't have worried, they were stunning, so very pleased with them would definitely recommend. I used Flowers by Arrangement for my Mother's funeral. We ordered two large hand-tied sheaves in whites and purples. They looked beautiful on Mam's coffin - plentiful but not too showy. The service was excellent, with sensitive advice and efficient delivery. The family was delighted.

I have ordered flowers from you before and have never been disappointed. It's difficult being so far away ... me in Merseyside and my daughter in Swansea but you never fail to deliver superb quality, quantity and are prompt and efficient. I cannot praise you enough!
