First time home buyers, Ethan went through everything with us and added anything we forgot to add. He was so polite and if I ever come back I?ll only want to go to Ethan because of how amazing my experience with him was. Thank you so much for making this such a great experience and giving out so many options and different ideas that helped us make our own decision. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Went to the Swansea branch with the intention of buying my flooring through them. While in store I was told there are penalties for returns when buying through the store so to use one of there fitters ?ABroom flooring? (Absolute thief and cowboy stay away from). Purchased through Alex Broom, said there were no penalties for returns. Had my floor fitter by a real floor fitter not the crook that was recommend and for some reason had 10m2 of flooring left. 6 whole packs? Suddenly there is now a 30 day returns policy and Alex measurement were 100%? Weird because I have 6 whole packs left. Tried to get my money back but none of these crooks could care less. Flooring superstore offered me £15 for the £200 of flooring I have been ripped off for and ALEX BLOOM won?t answer my calls. Absolute joke of a company. Wouldn?t use them ever again and wouldn?t recommend to anyone. Find a proper company not these scumbags if you need any flooring

Ordered flooring payed £40 delivery took about a month to finally come after get told false information about the delivery time. Flooring came packs damage . Got told can I use boards for ends cuts which would mean I would have a lot of waste . Got told they'd replace my packs . Waited over a week to finish off flooring . Lied to once again about the delivery slot they had book me which never even existed. Now getting told it will be another week. I also confirmed my delivery slots with there staff on a number of occasions. Let's hope there not lieing to me about this other delivery. Be careful guys once you give them your money your no longer a priority!!

Booked a collection of unused flooring. I paid the collection fee which is fair, but then on top of it there was an extra 25% "restocking fee" if you buy in shop (something I wasn't told when I went to the shop for the purchase). Obviously the mistake is mine, but when you never done a flooring job before you are naive. Lesson learned the hard way. Other suppliers do have a free return. Will never buy again here.

Went in looking for some floor we could put down ourselves and their Evocore range is really easy to install and has made such a difference to our house. It's quiet underfoot and much warmer.Ethan on the front desk was such a delight and helped us out loads, made the whole process easy and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Dont use fitters recommended by these coyboys, they over order what you need, ask you what price they said previously said (very professional) price for work they dont do, dont attend on the days they say, use carpet grips that are too long and stab your feet (and charge extra cause they didnt relise you needed grips) i will attend and block all access to new customers being ripped off, the door will be chained and you can call the police, unless they arw gonna give me the money they can only observe

Went to the store in Swansea to choose and order a carpet from one of the samples in the shop.They then delivered the wrong carpet and told me that the carpet I ordered is not available. Had to cancel the whole order. Waste of time going to the shop to choose a carpet from the samples on display !

Terrible service. Bought online carpets, underlay and grippers. Few days later had an email saying that the carpet was out of stock. The situation took a week to organise a replacement carpet. Took another week for the delivery to arrive but no underlay in the delivery. Then being lied by the live chat team about the possible next delivery date for the underlay. Lied about contacting me via the phone about delivery attempt. Still waiting for the underlay 5 days after the delivery of the carpets. Shocking service, won't ever use again.

If you have a spare few 1000 pounds and want unusable carpets then this is the place for you. The swanaea branch is particularly and the manager is unable to make any decision
