“Popped in to get a tragus & helix repierced after they had been out for a number of years. The staff were friendly & helpful, well informed & lovely to deal with. I had to fill in a form which asked about my medical history, I was able to choose my own jewellery & I found the price reasonable but also reassuring that it wasn’t going to be done on the cheap. I went upstairs & was really pleased that the piercing studio is clean, bright & airy. My piercer (Georgia I think but I’m so sorry if I’ve got her name wrong!) was lovely, completely put me at ease & gave off this wicked vibe that I was in the safest of hands. She marked out my piercings & was efficient whilst checking I was doing okay. I felt like she loved what she does & was brilliant at it. Thanks everyone at Blue Banana Swansea for a great experience :)”

“after a really bad experience at a needle piercing place I didn't think my daughter would try having her ears pierced again but she really wanted them done. I took her into the store yesterday and the women there were amazing with her, walked her through every little thing and put her at ease and took time in the earrings placement etc. my daughter is so happy with her ear piercings and I cannot rate the staff highly enough! thank you Lauren and Lois!”

“Went to fat face on Saturday which we normally do every Saturday. New girl there on the till with glasses. What an inspiration to this shop. My wife is quite shy but she was fantastic with her.she said she was on her own as her boss was at lunch. She chatted with us and was such a fantastic employee. We left that shop on such a high. Well done fat face for employing such a fantastic girl. She must have employee of the month. Well done keep it up x”
