I wanted to highlight the great service I had after my appointment, I'm not sure of the gentleman's name but he was so helpful and I appreciated the amazing service he gave.”

“Excellent cataracts surgery performed by Dr Kiss and his staff in Cardiff. The care and sympathy shown to this 80 year old lady was appreciated. I must add that the 3 appointments I had in Swansea put me at ease. The staff in Swansea were very reassuring and very professional and the two ladies in Reception were extremely thoughtful. A special mention is due to Paul the Optomotrist who examined my eyes and explained my treatment in detail to me and asking me if I had any questions at every point.
