I was served by Joed and received probably the most unprofessional service of my life.I was told the exchange rate, agreed to it, entered my card and had money taken and confirmed.I was then asked my name, told him my name. I was then asked my address, to which I questioned if it was necessary to give my address. I was told by Joes ?yes? and ?that?s what the system is asking?. After that I asked if it?s optional or compulsory and was told it?s compulsory. That news left me uncomfortable and I questioned if that should have been mentioned to me before taking my money off me.Joes then exclaimed ?you know what, don?t worry about it!? and proceeded to count my money for me in the fastest manner I?ve ever witnessed and tossed it under the glass screen.I collected my money, thanked him and wished him a nice day to which he grunted and rolled his eyes!Joed definitely isn?t a suitable brand ambassadors for a customer facing role and I?m sorry I ever visited.* I didn?t take note of a name badge, ?Served by: JOED? is what?s on my receipt*
