Food was inedible, staff were nice and drinks were very nice just don?t order food and don?t use the app dodgy I ended up paying 3 times! Been promised the money back though

Stopped by as i was walking past and seen a board outside offering a breakfast butty and a cuppa all i can say is wow best thing ever it was , pub was clean warm and a lovley lady manager was working with lovely long dark hair she was super friendly , doing everything she was bless her she had customer service down to a tee unlike another pub round the corner super happy i called in and will be back

Had a fab time here Saturday with the misses and friends drinks were great big selection which is nice to see as some pubs have a small selection, friendly service from the staff really enjoyed ourselves thank you for making our visit a great one we will be back.

We have been into Eli Jenkins before and always found it has a lovely atmosphere and drinks are good. Food is a little expensive but well cooked. However my experience today was disgusting to say the least. I am disabled and have to use the toilet frequently, so I use the Disabled toilet when I visit pubs, restaurants or cafes. Today I visited the disabled toilet in Eli Jenkins to find it in an absolutely disgusting state. There was urine on the floor, faeces on the sanitary bin and the toilet smelt awful. I had to endure this but exited as quickly as possible. The kitchens have to be passed as hygienically clean by Environmental Health, I think the toilet facilities need to be inspected and given a similar rating. Currently Eli Jenkins would get 0.

My concern was the ladies toilets ? and the general hygiene of the Swansea based Eli Jenkins. Just say, I'm so glad I went the toilet before we ordered food, I totally understand that your staff can't be made accountable for other people's mess, and I always take these things into consideration, however, what I saw was, build up, skinting toilets, and the skinks, taps that had build up all around the bottom, which clearly reflected that these toilets and skinks have not been cleaned in a very long time!!! Good atmosphere.Friendly staff.the food was proving popular.other customers were approachable.good location.worth a visit if shopping in Swansea.

We came here for a meal as we have many times before. Found a table no trouble. Decided what we all wanted from the menu and went to bar to order. Nice enough chap Jamie served us and he had only been here 2 weeks. Ordered fish and chips to be told we don?t do it. It?s till on the menu!! So decided on a salad with chicken and bacon. Ordered chicken tikka masala and gammon and chips. Didn?t have to wait on long for the food. Food arrived. Gammon was a good size but had loads of fat throughout and was very salty. Didn?t eat that. Salad was ok. Tikka masala advertised with nan bread and mango chutney but told again they don?t sell it with that. Again it?s advertised on the menu. I definitely won?t be visiting here again. Don?t waste your money

Tasty food with excellent staff, prices have gone up slightly since last being there which is normal. Definitely be going again.

Absolutely disappointed with the quality of food at Eli Jenkins, as a chef myself I could never let food out that was this abysmal. Steak was charred black around the edges and came out practically well done when i asked for medium rare, the peas were almost rock hard and the burger was like chewing on boot leather not to mention the overall quality of the meat that was sent out was just as bad as the cooking itself. Grateful to the bar staff who offered complimentary drinks and handled my complaint very well

Convenient for the theatre now the restaraunt is closed. Rough and ready atmosphere but the food was fine and good service. Good prices for what you get. Didn't have everything available on the menu on our visit.

Visited here last night. Most of the food menu was unavailable, plus the chef looked as if he needed a good wash. NEVER AGAIN.

Good cheap food and a good kids menu staff were very nice and helpful. Drinks are also good and cheap compared to other places
