Even though it was booked in, They had my van for two days. In order to change an auxiliary belt on my van. If I had, had the correct spanner I could have done it myself in less than an hour. Then they charged me £190.00 ? make sure you get a price for the work before you allow them to do any work on your vehicle. I'm really not happy. I own two cars and three vans, guess who I won't be asking them to look after them.
