My insurance company arranged for Direct Supplies to look at my fridge freezer. Communication from them was great. The engineer turned up when they said he would, he was friendly, professional and able to diagnose the problem which can't be fixed. So I will be getting a new fridge freezer. Excellent service, so I recommend Direct Supplies and would definitely contact them again with and othe appliance issues.

The handle on my hotpoint washing machine broke on Tuesday went to direct supplies on Wednesday and they were up doing the repair Thursday afternoon and no problems. The technician text to say he was on the way. Dean introduced himself and Dean and his mate fixed the handle no problem or mess. Great job not expensive and would 100% recommend this company. And also a shootout for the lady on the phone that made the job happen quicker than we were expecting.

Charlie the engineer was amazing, arrived early,got the job done in 20 minutes & nothing was too much trouble. Also,he didn't charge the earth,which is a bonus. Will definitely be using Direct supplies again ????

I noticed most poor reviews are over 3 years old!!This company must have changed massively!! Phoned for dual fuel cooker oven repair on Monday. Quoted £60 for visit / repair. Correctly diagnosed fault over phone and quoted £30 for in stock part. Visited Tuesday morning by polite competent technician who repaired oven using predicted spare part and had been given quoted price ; charged it and left saying repair and parts have a 6 month warranty!!Will be my first port of call for all future appliance repairs!! Excellence all round!Richard Gibson. M. R. C. V. S.Fast forward 2 months and the thermostat supplied and fitted above started to malfunction by resulting in the oven under heating. 1 phone call and a rapid free of charge visit and replacement fitted, calibrated and re warranted. I cannot believe anyone out there offers a better service. Thanks Dean and Ian!?

Great service. The job (replacing a door seal on a Hotpoint washing machine) was done by a very polite young man named Charlie. Credit to the Company. Reasonably priced with a six month guarantee. Consumer service appears to be good. Would definitely use this company again.

Extremely helpful company. Next day call out. Part needed to fix my fridge was difficult to obtain. But they tried numerous options. Sadly it couldn't be found. They even tried to see if they had a new fridge in stock that was suitable. Excellent customer service. Engineer was very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend them. And will use again if needed.

I tried two self-employed gas registered people and never turned up, thank you for the chat about the problem of my cooker and the text message you are on the way. Fantastic service from you and my gas oven is working again saving me a lot of money from buying a new oven that seemed the only way. Very happy with my new washing machine, was disappointed though when the drivers couldn't unpack and take away all the packaging ??I contacted customer service this afternoon explaining everything and that I'd paid for this service, within a few hours I received an email with apologies regarding this and stating I'll be refunded asap.Excellent customer service thank you ??

Old fashioned service from Andrew, they'll do everything they can to help. Found me a part I couldn't find anywhere else and cheaper than any similar part price. Used them for parts and repairs.
