If i could give no stars then I would! Absolutely shocking place with zero customer service skills. Driving in to the depot is an accident waiting to happen, empty cages every where, vans parked all over the place, can?t gain entry to the reception as it?s blocked by 2 large vans so no customer parking. Think need training on customer service skills and the car park needs a big risk assessment. SHOCKING!

Showed that parcel had been delivered 22nd Dec and that I signed it myself to find out it was delivered 4 streets away from the tracking map went there and it's gone so not only did the driver forged to say I signed it with my name it was delivered to an address 4 streets away and no sign of the parcel photo taken was just of the box close up so can't even prove if it was ever there absolutely awful Ring DHL Customer service they tell you they will ring you back and never do Xmas ruined I still await a call .....

Utterly impossible to speak to a human when my question isn't answered by the automated phone or app service. Can't get my delivery at a time or day that works for me and can't even fibs out of I can collect from the depo as I've no idea what depo it's at!Worst delivery company ever.

Same as previous review drivers claim your not in so return to depot. Distance from Swansea to Pembrokeshire obviously the issue as this has happened on several occasions. Be up front with you failings and don't blame the customer

Absolutely abysmal delivery. Paid for a 24 hour service and it took 10 days for it to arrive. It was out for delivery every day after sending it and was returned to the depot. Never again am I using DHL for any service whether it's a small box to a full sized pallet.

They said they tried to deliver yesterday,no calling card left to rearrange delivery. I tried to contact DHL to rearrange delivery and they told me the consignment no does not exist. All automated calls and cannot speak to anyone. I now have to contact the supplier

Suggest DHL place a sign on Jubilee ct as a guide.Satnav may mislead drivers and doesn't take them to exact location . Instead, it takes to a different spot on the main road. DHL is off the main road, in Jubilee Ct.

Parcel lost .No reply from my e mails.Pathetic customer service.Steer clear of this company .Dhl forged my signature and said i had signed for it!!! My parcel ended up 5 miles away on a housing estate nowhere near where i actually live and was signed for by some random person which amounts to theft. Dhl couldnt care less.I have e mailed and phoned and asked for a manager but nothing.They have failed every test in the book.This company needs investigating.Where are their claim forms for a start?It is impossible to make a claim so i am without my parcel and also out of pocket financially.Give DHL a miss if youve got any sense.I am still waiting for my parcel.It was out for delivery nearly 3 weeks ago.They will not get away with this because i have had enough. Caemawr is doing well out of DHL .It seems they take most customers parcels there regardless of the address.Stop this joke of a delivery company.I pay your wages remember that.I fully intend taking this further because this is theft and fraud.My signature was forged and my parcel given to quite possibly friends or even family of the driver.

7 day delay on a next day delivery!Customer service is an answer machine that hangs up when you ask a question by telephone and after 7 days still waiting for an email response that they say will be 24hr reply.Absolute joke!!!!

The staff are always very helpful here and do their very best to help with queries.But and its not the fault of DHL as they are just a holding company.It is nerve wracking trying to send parcels to South Africa.Nine times out of ten something goes wrong and you cannot phone DHL.l had to go down to my nearest office and even then l had to deal online with the company,I-post which was using DHL as the holding companyEventually my parcel got to South Africa which is amazing.
