Currys have plenty of good points but needed a fridge freezer fast. They only had 2 in stock that fitted my requirements. Went to a local independent shop and picked 1 up no problem

I renewed my ageing mum's mobile phone today & was dreading the whole ordeal. However, we were assisted by a very helpful, patient & super knowledgeable young man called Dominic. He went above & beyond to help us - transferring all of her data & apps from her ancient previous mobile. This was a very difficult & manual process for the most part of it too. Thank you so much Dominic, you are such an asset to Currys PC World.

My boyfriend and I had the best experience today at Currys Swansea. Christian helped us out with a new washing machine. We new nothing about washing machines before we came in, but we left knowing everything. He was articulate and informative. Everything that Sales agent/ customer service rep should aspire to be. Thank you so much! We'll be back for the WiFi very soon

I took a brand new reMarkable back to store today after it mysteriously developed screen bleed this morning. I had had it for one week. I had been using it shortly before so perplexed as to why it occured. I was expecting kick back from Currys and went with trepidation but to be fair, there was zero quibble and they actually said they could tell it hadn't been dropped or hit etc. It was a massive relief as it is a 600 quid piece of kit and I had no way of proving it hadn't been dropped.
Fair play to them for the customer service and for trusting the explanation given, I am very grateful.
