Attend this site early evening. Ordered a hot chocolate with cream and was given the vegan light whip. Then while in the middle of drinking my hot chocolate a Barista maestro came over and started touching my cup asking me if I?d finished. When I preceded to tell her I wasn?t she told me she needed to take the tray away to clean it. I stated I wasn?t finished and she move my cup and took the tray anyway. Honestly I think this is very rude.

The dishwasher has been broken for my last two visits and the staff obviously aren?t able to wash dishes although there are plenty of them. So instead of getting a cortado in a fairly decent glass you get a paper cup and l ask for some cake which was thrown in a paper bag and broken. As there was nothing to eat said broken cake with l had to ask for a wooden fork and some extra napkins. The member of staff shoved a spoon at me. Considering most of the customers here are disabled in some way the service is appalling. Added to this there was no reduction to the ridiculous price.

Staff generally polite..... Today served by Normy who refused to get baconbap, she said she didn't have access . I was in disabled scoote4 didn't think having to turn round in small space with queue behind me a problem......normally staff very helpful but not her. Customer behind said she'd get bap... Really disappointed with service. She was also unhelpfully about order and as visually impaired I need assistance...., shocking in this day and age .......today only disposable dishes but no disscount.... Also opening times dreadfully shuts 8pm so after visiting no service also annoying that chairs upturned and feel like being encouraged to leave.....poor service from customer pointbof view.... Suits staff so they get out quicker no other places semi close.

Overpriced weak coffee. Service very slow. We only visited because this cafe was housed inside the hospital we were visiting.

1 que when you only want a coffee and had to wait in a qué when people are ordering food and only had a limited time to go back to the ward.

Someone needs to sort out the running if this place slow service and the staff seem unmotivated. It's such a vital resource with a captive audience who deserve better than long queues when there are plenty of staff

Overheard manager yell at staff member for going to the toilet and called her a child ! Poor girl looked only 18. Heard something about her being sick that day too and wanting to keep working anyways bless her. She left all teary after the manager yelled at her to go away saying she wasn?t going to pay her to sit on the toilet feeling sick. Poor girl looked so taken aback. Horrible management !! Absolutely cruel !!

Ordered an iced caramel latte and asked for just half of the syrup as I don't like it too sweet. Used my own travel mug and scanned my app but didn't get my points for the drink. Staff seemed bored and didn't engage. When they made my drink wrong - added the full amount of syrup - and I asked them to make it again - I got an annoyed response and eye rolling (I asked nicely). Eventually got my drink but also noted that there were a further 2 customers who got the wrong drink while I waited for mine. Management need to sort this out and I will think again about visiting although they have a captured audience with being in a hospital! Worst Costa I have visited.

I ordered a cold drink and they gave me a mocha !!! Okay no problem can you change it pls and she just explodes starts swearing. Very unprofessional very unethical and most importantly no respect.
