I only had a coffee.Dietary restrictions: I have Coeliac disease do shouldn't eat any of the cakes because of the wheat flour they contain. Gluten free cakes taste the same as ones with gluten.

Costa Dunelm side. Service appalling! Hardly any choice of toasties, panini's etc. Child vegetarian. Place exceptionally quiet so no excuse to restock fridge. 3 members staff for 6 customers who'd been served. Asked for latte but info re: flavours poor. Paid for cake but didn't serve it, colleague checked order & saw it was missing. Barista couldn't wait to go into stockroom chat. Won't visit again.

Called to this branch on Saturday 30december to be told no savoury food no toast etc available ,being diabetic this left no options. My wife always has cream in coffee none available.
Toilets not in a good state no paper or handwashing and cold water only because of loose tap.toilet in general poor and needs a deep clean.
Being regular costa customers this branch has to be one of the worst. As m&s have closed their cafe you would expect that this costa would want to attract extra custom?
