New to Costa Coffee so don?t take it to heart, coming from a Canadian I?ll say the staff was super friendly but that?s been my experience everywhere ?? the queue was long and I suspect they were short staffed. Maybe 1 self check station for the people who need to grab a salad and head out. More time shopping less waiting in queues?

Not very clean, seats had spilled coffee on them, crumbs on tables, service was pedestrian.

Nice good coffee shop, very pleasent ,hard working staff, good service and coffee. Used many a time, never had any problems.Just remember if busy, its not the staff fault so be patient and polite.
