The place is spacious and provides ample seating. It's an ideal spot to relax or work on a laptop. Cleanliness is maintained for some extent. Coffee was good but had to wait more than fifteen minutes for it to be ready.

I received a nonvegan cheese toastie and cow's milk in my coffee, despite specifically requesting soy milk due to a dairy allergy. This resulted in an upset stomach. My subsequent complaint via the app was disregarded. The service was unacceptable; I do not recommend this establishment.

Absolutely awful... I ordered food from them on Uber eats and received a completely different order. Will never order from them again. But I'm sure the customer service inside is *much* better...

Ordered a mocha and twice repeated my order and still got a latte :/ also a friend had ordered soya milk and when she had to correct the barista they rolled their eyes.

Bit of an attitude wen.i asked why weren't tables cleaned wen cleared
Then proceeded.to clean.my.table and left it soaking wet
Had to wipe dry with serviettes
Hopefully not a permanent member of uplands staff

Parking: Plenty of spaces in streets nearby
Kid-friendliness: Welcoming staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: Access for wheelchairs is good..

Last 3 visits I've had to wait for someone to even get behind the counter..Happily chatting to some odd ball by the bogs.. No food at all on 2 occasions at 930 am.. Walked out won't be back..
