A cosy coffee shop with plenty of seating. The team are very friendly and the coffees are great. Another plus is having a number of plug points around which makes it a nice area to do some work in.
Only thing that's quite a let down is how dry and stale some of the cakes are (e.g. the cappuccino cake).
Other than that, I'd still go back for the coffees.

Recently walked into Coffee#1 Swansea and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee here really is the best in town and the caramel latte is simply delicious. The staff are very polite and friendly, especially Alex who made my morning even more pleasant. The interior is cozy and classy and their food is always fresh and appetizing. It's nice to start the day with such a wonderful breakfast. I recommend it to everyone

A nice coffee shop with good amount of seating facilities including outdoor seating area. Usually busy at any time. Bit pricey but worth it. Staff is always friendly and cheerful.

My friends and I get coffee here all the time, and the #1 thing that keeps us coming back is the lovely staff!. Everyone has treated us with exceptional customer service all the time.
Special shoutout goes out to AJ who recommended me the best way to drink mocha and always serves us with a smile!

Gorgeous coffee and the staff are always friendly and nice, I visit all the time! Only took a star off because they seem to be out of things frequently. when I've been they said they had no straws, or cold drink cups or ice unfortunately.

Coffee#1s are always cozy and friendly like!.One thing. Fix the dam door stays always half open and ppl sitting close to it are freezing. don't switch on AC in the 1st glimpse of sunshine. Weather is too cold in Swansea. Last 2 times I was freezing inside the store. Take care of this matter or next time I will lower my review.

Wasn?t sure I?d come back as the last time I was here the female behind the counter was very slow and not really customer focussed ? I decided to eventually leave before being served.Tried it again today ?. Guess what = same female, VERY slow (preferring to chat to others) ? no customer focus whatsoever

Had a 'too good to go' offer with you.Which was pretty good for the money2 bacon baps, 1 sausage bap, 2 all day breakfast wraps, 2 croissants and some cookies. Bacon wrap - had to cut the rind off, as I am very fussy with my bacon and hate any rind left on, was tasty though. My partner had the sausage bap which he said was tasty too. Very disappointed in the breakfast wrap, the bacon with large amount of rind was awful, after taking out ALL the bacon, it didn't taste very nice. The birds had. Wish you could see the photo. Can't imagine the price on it, but wouldn't have been impressed to pay full whack for it. On the plus side the male staff member was pleasant and cheerful

Very slow service. Not to mention the drinks that look like water. Too much milky hot chocolate doesn't taste like chocolate. Then, to dilute it, instead of putting hot milk and stirring, they put absurd water. It was my favorite place because there was great coffee and the delicious chocolate is no longer like that. The equipment should be washed as the. Breack, to make cappuccino, must be washed and the milk must be changed, otherwise it tastes like cheese.
