Our experience of purchasing our first home has been made all the more easier with Clee Estate Agents. They are professional and really helpful. In particular, Jacqueline Blunt has been a massive help! She has kept us updated every step of the way and liaised with the solicitors to get the answers that we need. Very quick to respond to emails too! Without Jacquie the process would have been so much more stressful for us, she really has been a godsend and I would 100% recommend! I had a positive experience selling my property through Clee Thomkinson Francis. Professional service throughout. Jacquie their sales negotiator was particularly helpful in communicating between the solicitors and the buyers, which kept the wheels turning and the process moving. Chris who came out to the property for the intitial valuation to demonstrate their service offering, was professional and friendly. I had multiple valuations from other local estate agents and CTF came out on top in all the criteria I was looking for in an agent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Clee Tompkinson Francis are the best agents in the area. I had a fewquotations from various local agents but from the start felt that Clees were the right fit for me. The valuation and marketing were excellent they are able to market properties on many platforms making it easier to sell.The property marketing video was taken and was available live almost immediately. All staff are knowledgeable and very helpful and will go ?the extra mile? . The whole process of selling for me was stressful due to family complications but Clees were extremely supportive throughout the whole process. They continually kept me updated on the sale, contacting legal teams and buyer numerous times to help expedite the process. I can highly recommend this very proactive team of people in Clees ,Morriston branch . Thanks again for making a very stressful process as seamless as was possible
