Took a pair of shoes back that were hurting badly, I had worn them in my home for a week to make sure they didn't hurt as they are for work (I'm a nurse so on my feet for 12 hour shifts so absolutely must have comfy shoes!) I was told they would not accept them back because I'd worn them and therefore they could not resell them! So I now have an £80 pair of work shoes that I can not wear to work!! I will never buy from Clarks again, terrible aftercare service!!! As you can see there is nothing wrong with them !

Always shopped at Clarks over the years, good quality shoes and good service. Went in today, had a problem with a purchase for my husband, but the staff were great, no quibbling, just sorted it out immediately. Many thanks to the staff at the Swansea Quadrant shop

Came here today with my one year old niece, sister and mother and the 3 ladies working were SO lovely and helpful!! Helped my mother get some supportive sandals as she has back pain and another lady helped my niece get her first shoes was so lovely, big Thankyou to these ladies :) excellent service

Excellent customer service and products especially children's shoes. Yes, you pay a bit more. But worth it, especially since they measure the foot and fit to size.

We visited Clarks On Saturday 4th February to purchase some new shoes for our 2 year old son. We were assisted by Katie, who couldn't have been more helpful and patient. She made our little boy feel very welcome and he had great fun trying on the shoes and running around. She seemed very knowledgeable about the styles and fit of the shoes, and gave us some good advice. Excellent customer service!
