What a great car dealer.I bought a VW Golf from them that had been a part exchange, it had a few scratches and bits on the part exchange and they fixed all of it before i collected the car.After i left i had 2 issues with the car one wasn't covered by the warranty but 1 call to Jamie at Celtic Subaru and Mitsubishi and he spoke with his boss Dom and they said they would step in and get it sorted.A great team really friendly and so helpful they definitely went above and beyond to make sure i had a good car. Iwould buy from them again and have recommended them to all my friends and family.

Mark Robbins in service has been great. I?ve always been apprehensive of using main dealers but he?s changed my mind. Kept me updated the entire way, the price was reasonable and the work completed quickly. I?ll definitely be using Mark and the team at Celtic in the future should I need anything else.

Bought a car off them 3 months ago that was 11 months old .If was a part ex from a different main dealer.Celtic gave me an amazing competitve deal.Because of age it had a 3 years main dealer warrenty .Today I broke down Aa was called out. And took me to the main dealer and took me home. Leaving car at main dealer.Had issue with main dealer about warrenty. It was a minor issue key fob related. Main dealer was vague wanted a fee for diagnostic.I contacted celtic who were very supportive offered support gave us a tel number of a good locksmith and agreed in principle with us that a faulty key fob in principle if undamaged if faulty should be coveredThe issue was the fob would open and lock door but dash said no key detected and steering lock would not come off.Eventually Fixed issue with no extra major cost or diagnostic .Had an amazing service when i bought the car from celtic sorting the sale and private plate transfer out . all staff were professional three months agoand the staff were professional and more helpful today than the main dealer staff when i was trying to identify what the warrenty from a different dealer would cover would highly recommend celtic
