We had a great experience at the Carpet Right shop in Swansea thanks to the manager Jason. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience so much easier. We initially went in to browse laminate flooring, but because of Jason?s excellent customer service we decided to proceed with our purchase and we also added on carpet for the bedrooms, something that we had not initially intended to purchase. He promptly organised the measure up of our house and organised the quote within days - so far the process has been seamless. Thanks for all your help and we are looking forward to the installation!
