Hired equipment that did not turn up as arranged. No phone to say that it would be late. The builder I'd booked to carry out work had to be cancelled. First time hiring, will definitely be the last. No consideration at all, and didn't really care, just excuses.

Not worth the 1 star... as the customer service is shocking and was no help at all... they haven't the decency to call me when the manager said he was going to source another piece of kit out, but no nothing, I even called him and still no call, very poor customer service...
