No point in complaining or giving low stars as boots have little interest in putting things right. Each response is exactly the same (no doubt AI) - no customer service whatsoever. Staff are either rude or not present - I?d rather go somewhere else, which saddens me greatly as I?ve always loved Boots. The boots in the middle of Swansea city centre is much better- at least there?s some customer service and more staff present. Morfa boots needs to up its game.

Chemist is useless was getting pacths though nhs from here told to wait a hour for them to take one box off shelf and que was 45 minutes long just to ask for them free parking is only hour and half is reponce to your message you add its ok don't worry I will stick to my no smoking without your help not forfilling my prescription for me because your too busy its fine just been to shops and brought what I need your not going to make my health bad

The women behind the counter was very rude iam diabetic type 1 and would not give me my senses for 2 hours I told her I need some food but can't as I don't now my levels.. she said not my problem very rede had red hair and a bold spot on top

25 minutes wait just to get prescribed medication. Then asked to buy additional painkillers and was asked to join another counter on left to be served .s..t service.

websites/App Glitch on the vercation part of the app. when I have enough money in my account, account details are correct, the bank has confirmed it is on boots ends not there's and my bank card is good. I have logged issue with boots they didn't do anything but claimed to have logged it. it had happened more than three times. it has now passed 5 attempts with same issue. I reported boots to CMA and they have passed it on to Trading standard. all other websites are good.

The lack of customer care is seriously lacking in this store. 1 member of staff on the till whilst you had 2 other members flocking about and another member of staff messing about with packages behind one of the tills. I could understand if the queue was small but there were at least 6 people behind us waiting to be served. If you see a queue that big then perhaps display some common sense and open another till. Also, heaven forbid if you should ask a staff member a question on where to find an item. Do better Boots.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with the pharmacy staff at the Morfa branch named Camaron. Today, I approached a staff member named Camaron, stationed at the till, to inquire if I was in the correct queue for my needs, as the layout was not immediately clear. Before approaching her, I had confirmed with others in the queue that it was acceptable to ask for assistance.
My enquiry was deeply personal?it concerned emergency contraception, a subject that requires sensitivity and discretion. Despite this, Camaron responded dismissively and abruptly. Speaking loudly and rudely, she accused me of queue-jumping without first attempting to verify the situation. Her behavior not only embarrassed me in front of other customers but also placed me in a profoundly uncomfortable position during an already stressful time.
This incident has left me questioning the training and standards upheld at this branch. Such a lack of tact and empathy in handling a sensitive inquiry is completely unacceptable for anyone in a customer-facing role.

Scruffy makeup section .needs a good overhaul. Makeup smeared all over the fittings ,but none to buy because whatever you need is always out of stock. This is a regular occurrence,nothing ever seems to be done about it !

Staff were soo kind and happy to help managed to squeeze me in for a test and treat for my throat after my doctor let me down, the pharmacist was soo lovely and talked me through the whole process and I was out of there within 20 mins with the antibiotics I needed . Thank you so much

I feel bad for the staff they can?t cope with the amount of people getting prescriptions. It?s understaffed yet the only 7 day a week pharmacy open til 10pm in Swansea? Almost impossible to contact by phone. Only benefit is that there?s parking outside and a good location.

I?ve never had any bad experiences with this store in the past, but I went in the other day and approached a young girl with dark hair who was working to ask if they had a certain female product available because I couldn?t see it on the shelf. When I asked she was laughing while explaining to me that if it weren?t on the shelf they didn?t have it, this made me feel embarrassed about what I looking to buy, because it was clear that she was laughing about the product I was after, my partner then told me to ask someone working on the pharmacy if they had it. I was served by a lovely blonde lady with glasses who immediately knew what I was looking for and offered me two options of the product I was after that were clearly in stock, I was happy with the customer service I received from the blonde lady, but certainly not from the girl who laughed in my face.
