Popped in to get a tragus & helix repierced after they had been out for a number of years. The staff were friendly & helpful, well informed & lovely to deal with. I had to fill in a form which asked about my medical history, I was able to choose my own jewellery & I found the price reasonable but also reassuring that it wasn?t going to be done on the cheap. I went upstairs & was really pleased that the piercing studio is clean, bright & airy. My piercer (Georgia I think but I?m so sorry if I?ve got her name wrong!) was lovely, completely put me at ease & gave off this wicked vibe that I was in the safest of hands. She marked out my piercings & was efficient whilst checking I was doing okay. I felt like she loved what she does & was brilliant at it. Thanks everyone at Blue Banana Swansea for a great experience :)

Had a helix piercing done yesterday. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Piercing room was very clean. Will definitely come back to get another piercing when I'm ready.

Had a nose piercing and it came out after 1 day called the shop to advise and they said to wait 6 weeks and they would re-do it... after 6 weeks went back and had it put back in only this time for it to come out after 2 days again called the shop and they said they will redo it again on the other side so I didn't have to wait 6 weeks...so went down for a 3rd time this time they tried a different nose piercing with a hook...So this one lasted a few weeks for it to come out yesterday.....called the shop again and spoke with a manager who advised there is nothing they can do unless I wanted them to do it again.... Did advise the manager that I've lost all faith in them as the last 3 have come out and didn't really want to go back for the 4th time and they refused outright to give a refund so I'm now £37 out of pocket and no nose ring....... so unless you want to be ripped off avoid the place like the plauge

wouldn?t serve me at 5:10 pm even though the website says blue banana closes at 5:30, even when I called, the worker said I can come in before 5:30 for my daughter to get her belly pierced. When I walked in the workers were just talking and told me to come back another day

I can?t recommend this place enough . Had my tragus pierced and they were fab so professional . I also had an irritation lump on a piercing done by someone else and not only did they clean it and change the jewellery they did it for free . I will always go here from now on . My daughter had her second lobe piercings done here, I think the piercers name is Georgina and was so lovely with my daughter and really helped to keep her calm and talked her through everything

I always come to blue banana to get my piercings as they are the best ones I know. I don't usually leave reviews because I've never been worried or scared about getting a piercing before. I have three lobes on each ear, a helix and a nose piercing. The piercing I ended up getting today is one I've wanted for a while now, a Monroe lip piercing, and I was very hesitant and scared as I've always had a fear of needles going anywhere near my mouth which is why I didn't get it done sooner. The piercer I had though was amazing. She was patient with me, talked me through it and kept me calm throughout it all. Really love it, am getting more obsessed with it as the hours go by, and I can't thank them enough ???Service: Body art

Had my septum done here and belly button, I passed out getting my navel done but staff grabbed me a chair and bottle of water within 30 seconds of it all happening, absolutely amazing staff. I felt to comfortable and welcomed. I?ll be using blue banana for any other piercings or tattoos I want!! 100% :)Service: Nose piercing

I got my belly button piercing done there with a lovely lady, she made sure I was feeling okay the whole time and she was just amazing the whole time. 100% recommend going to Blue Banana for your piercings they are brilliant and always got amazing deals going on.
