This is my favourite florist by far. They prepared an absolutely beautiful flower for my father's funeral at short notice. I was so impressed by their arrangement and range of flowers used!May we use Bay Tree florists for a much happier occasion in future!

flowers ordered did not arrive..despite a phone call notifying the shop.only to be told they had been delivered at 9.15am. the spoiling the surprise and told they had not arrived so e mailed the shop to cancel the card..then the shop admitted the driver delivered to the wrong address and a new bouquet would be delivered and a box of chocolates to apologise for the error.....the surprise bouquet did arrive a day late but no chocolates,,same driver no doubt.

Louise and her team arranged the flowers for my mothers funeral. The flowers were beautiful and everything was taken care of and delivered to the funeral directors on the day without any need for me to worry about anything. Baytree florists did the flowers for our recent wedding at the King Arthur Hotel. We honestly couldn?t have been any happier with the end result. The sunflowers were absolutely stunning! All the little details were perfect and exactly as we had discussed. Having had to postpone twice previously, Baytree couldn?t have been anymore accommodating. We cannot thank them enough for the care, attention to detail and expertise they brought.

I was very disappointed with the wreath they had done for my cousin?s funeral , I asked for bright orange flowers a little white and lots of green foliage, brighter the better ! What I got was 3 open white lily?s peachy colour carnations and yellow flowers ! Not what I asked for at all , very disappointing ?

To celebrate my recent birthday, my son presented me with an amazing bouquet of flowers. Bought at Bay Tree Florists, Sketty Park, Swansea. I can't begin to say how wonderful these autumnal flowers were. My birthday was 14 days ago, but only yesterday did I need to remove some of the 'not so fresh ones. The remainder are now in a vase, and show no signs of 'giving up the ghost'THANK YOU SO MUCH BAYTREE FLORISTS FOR YET ANOTHER SUPERB ARRANGEMENT
