When you tell a tyre 'specialist' that your back RIGHT tyre has a puncture and he proceeds to remove the back LEFT wheel for inspection, it doesn't fill you with confidence from the waiting room.I've had two punctures 'repaired' at this garage only to find my tyres completely flat the next day due to faulty valve stems. The unprofessional, unapologetic young lads they have doing tyre 'repairs' should consider alternative career paths if fixing a tyre is too difficult.

Recently had new brake pads fitted at ATS...staff are always courteous & polite, never feel like I'm being ripped off, or taken advantage of, considering I'm in my 60's. Have used them numerous times over the years, wouldn't hesitate to go back again

We agreed on one tire price three times @ £400, I turned up and after fitting they said it?s £470? when I tried asking the manager he immediately told his staff to take the tire off and he left the office. So rude.. his staff confirmed that?s not the way to treat dealWith customer and apologised on his behalf.I allowed the staff to take the tire off.This man should be dealing with people face to face. He needs training or some type of therapy. Wasted my work time after driving miles early morning in traffic to be there. This is a zero / or no star!!!

I had an MOT cancelled at very short notice by the Gorseinon branch, I rang the Neath Road branch and explained the situation, and they fitted me in even though they did not normally take Groupon vouchers. Thanks very much

Booked in for an aircon re-gas using the Groupon voucher. The code wouldn't work online so called to check and booked in over the phone. Staff were friendly and helpful and the car was turned around in about 30/40 mins.They also did a free visual inspection on my tyres and the front two were close to the limit, I double checked and to be fair they were so that was handy. The car is now blowing cool as a cucumber!

Had an appointment for aircon regas, they started the work straight away unfortunately could not complete work as they found the system had a leak, no charge so will be using them when I need tyres. Very friendly and helpful.

Had to call as Google maps took me to the wrong place. ATS is actually located down by the hand car wash and thrifty car sales. Spoke to Mark and he was fab, he changed my tyre really quick. Great service, I booked through black circles and had no issues ????
