The Astleys team in mumbles have just sold our mother?s house after 18 months of hard work. Matt, Andrew, Michelle, Cathryn & anyone / everyone from Astley's Mumbles who was involved in our property purchase has been great. Friendly, helpful staff. For selling a property, brilliant photography and marketing which makes the most of the property without producing unrealistic expectations - some other agents seem to provide over-flattering photographs which lead to disappointment on a visit to the property.

I really felt I could work with Matt who did the initial visit from Astleys, and the whole team kept me updated during the entire process. We had a little blip in the chain and the advice from Matt proved spot on as the chain reformed and everybody got a satisfactory outcome. Selling in SA3 is their sweet spot and I'm very glad we went to Astleys; good fun group as well!

My association with Astleys, Mumbles, has been long-standing. There was an unsuccessful attempt to sell The Stables, 37 Owls Lodge Lane a few years back and then, more recently, a successful attempt. Throughout this experience I have found the team at Astleys to be helpful, professional, encouraging and supportive when things seemed a bit of a trial (as they, no doubt, almost always do). I could not have asked for a more helpful Agency. As I was selling a property from 110 miles away, the Astleys team really helped with advice on solicitors and house clearance, and were more than happy to check in on the property. At one point the staff rearranged the furniture and put flowers in the house so it looked more homely in the photos'. I'd recommend Astleys anytime.

My wife and I had an excellent experience selling our house with Astleys Mumbles branch. In contrast to one of the other Estate Agents, Michelle from Astleys was very positive about wanting to do her very best to sell our property. She also offered helpful advice about a couple of reliable local tradesman we needed to consider and which conveyancing solicitors could be recommended. Astleys arranged a number of viewings of our house and we quickly received an acceptable offer. Thereafter the people in the Mumbles office were supportive and kept us up to date with progress until finalisation of our sale. We fully recommend Astleys because they are passionate about their work and offer advice and support when it is needed.

Astleys Mumbles have been absolutely brilliant, so glad we chose them. They have worked hard advertising the property and escorting viewings. This has been a difficult time economically, and Astleys have managed to successfully secured a sale for our property. The team were all very professional, friendly, and efficient giving great advice to help show our property in the most appealing way. They always requested feedback on viewings, which was very helpful. We would highly recommend them and have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

Very helpful estate agents. Made the whole experience very smooth. The phone system is rather frustrating as all automated so theres no such thing as a "quick phonecall" so I used email instead and was a very efficient means of communication. From a purchasing point of view, would recommend !
