I bought a fridge (Fridgemaster) online from Argos which is not working.
We called the Fridgemaster company and they recommended to replace the fridge from the retailer.
Hisense appliance and white goods support team recommended to book an engineer to change the plug, I agreed if that would be quick and not affecting the fridge performance.
Then, we have been directed to the Pacifica group to book an engineer appointment.
It is an endless story of calls, emails, waiting, chatbot, ....etc.
I really regret that I bought from Argos online, and I'll advise anyone to go through this headache.

Helpful workers, inexpensive, although warranty is physical and easy to lose. Do not hold it against them, as the staff are very nice ?.

5 stars for David the Manager for being extremely helpful in dealing with a faulty xbox controller after almost losing the will to live trying to contact microsoft. I really appreciated the help:)

Bought Lawn Mower and had endless problems in first week, parts missing, basket seem coming away, but the staff (4) i came into contact with could not do enough to sort out problem they are a credit to Argos, 1st time used Argos in 10 years with staff like that i will use Argos a lot more for certain. my mother ordered something and it came with fungus inside she cleaned it and it still wouldn?t come off so she decided to return it as it should of came fresh. the lady accused her of using it and accused her of saying she used it, she got the manger involved and the manger was shouting at her telling her to admit the fact that she?s used it even though the staff lied about my mother saying that, let?s be honest if my mother was to even use it she wouldn?t tell the staff that so the lie was so stupid! my mother is vulnerable as she doesn?t speak english and hardly understands it so the fact they wasn?t patient with her and made her really upset because they was accusing her infuriates me!! she ended up giving the item back and telling them to leave the money as she was so upset! the item still had the tag on and it was fully packaged in the box! they are lucky i wasn?t there. don?t recommend this place at all!!
