A family member went here today and was told basically to seek help elsewhere. Didn't go into any detail with her, ignored all her file and talked about other mental disorders and basically told her to breathe and do grounding techniques.
She was sent there by a crisis team. It is urgent and that place is a joke.

Been going here for a few months and what a massive let down as was lied to at the start of the treatment programme and still lied to at the end of the treatment. As very unprofessional the way they treat their patients/clients.

Greeted with warmth, asked a few questions for assessment. This is follow-up with a 2 minute visit next day at home. Then a daily quick phone call to check that you are still breathing.
A meeting with the psychologist to prescribe meds is also added.

would give 0 if i could, dont go to them if youre suicidal as theyll just give you a leaflet and belittle you, saying you have the capacity to help urself and no one can stop you from killing urself. absolutely disgusting ?treatment?

On my second year of waiting, I was told I was ?discharged? from the waiting list and had to practically fight my way to be put back on it as it was an administrative error, only for it to happen AGAIN. Not once, but twice. It got to the point where I had to involve PALS just to get seen and to prevent them from discharging me from errors on THEIR side. Getting an appointment here is an uphill battle. I?ve never experienced anything like it. Phoning them is useless, as you constantly reach voicemail with no call back, and all voicemails are ignored. I don?t know how this place is open!

They Cancelled about 3/4 appointments due to the DR being on ?leave?, then i had fallen ill with severe issues on the day of my latest appointment. Had to cancel as i wasnt able to stand or get out of bed, new appointment is for next year. Absolutely disgusting,

2 diffrent phone appointments, sat there patiently waiting for calls twice.... no call, stressed out , first time left answer machine message only to get answer hours later that they couldn't get through after trying 5 times... yet others get through ... No, sorry twice in a row.... don't believe you ... not nice to treat people like that who are asking for help and advice ?

Absolutely awful. I'm under them and in crisis. They refuse to help me telling me to call 111 option 2 which is unstaffed. No one answers, you just sit there listening to hold music for hours. Useless heartless bunch of people

Appalling lack of communication and care from psychiatrists and reception staff. Nurses are absolutely lovely people though, shame they?re not in charge I bet they?d actually make a difference

Not heard off them since covid started and I used to have regular appointments as i struggle massively... Contact them and no reply or appointment
