What a dreamy visit! We had help from Ellie to find exactly what we needed and wanted. She was outstanding. We bought more than we were expecting but looking forward to putting it all to good use. She showed us how to use everything and how everything worked, she is a credit to the store as she answered all of our questions perfectly and even showed alternatives in case they were preferred, which in some cases they were. 5* visit ??

I?ve always had a great experience whenever I?ve visited the store. Even when I?ve gone in close to closing time, the staff have always been friendly and welcoming, with no sense of animosity.

Amazing staff here ? ! They were so helpful with helping my Wife to find new Lingerie Sets, as well as having a Bra Fitting session. Also, all of the products were/are very well presented on the shelves. The Staff here are even very good in making recommendations of new things to try lol.

Went in today and I had the most welcoming and friendly staff serve me, the blonde lady who helped me with sizing today couldn?t have been more helpful I felt very welcome there and didn?t feel nervous at all which was a huge plus, a big thank you to the staff that was on today

Really open store, with a brilliant choice of underwear, with plenty of sizes too. Very friendly and helpful staff, even have a little button in the changing rooms to use if you need another size etc. Would recommend the bras, as they fit wonderfully, even with the bigger sizes.

Picked up a set of underwear and was appalled to see a stain in the bottoms!The blonde staff member was incredibly unfriendly and hostile towards myself and others! Not at all recommended, would have had a better chance of adequate lingerie hygiene at a charity shop

Went in this week to get my bridal lingerie and the girls were lovely. Due to covid restrictions i couldn't try things on, but the staff were very helpful and reassuring!
