Don't normally shop here, went this morning and was made fun of and insulted.
I asked an employee if they sold ice, He said this is Aldies we don't sell posh stuff, I said Im only looking for ice they sell it in Asda. [meaning its not posh] He said You're not in Asda - You're in Aldies if you're after posh stuff go to Asda.
One member of staff has just ensured I never set foot in this shop again,

Nice little store, good value but can be a bit crowded at times and car park not the biggest, awkward road in from traffic lights if main road is busy.

Only 11am on a Monday and it looks like the place has been ran sacked. I don't think the shelves have been sorted for days. Floors very dirty especially after tills on exit

New Pernicious search rules - searching bags and belongings . New incentive to disenfranchises regular customers in the name of boycotting shoplifting.Was verbally abused by a member a staff at check out for refusing to be searched - And then refused service .Manager summoned , who was also combative in attitude , unapologetic.With Aldi brands being replaced for premium brands , limited stock of shelves , and fruit and vegetables that are not fit for purpose, it?s time for a new generation of supermarket.Will never use again after such vile and aggressive behaviour.
