We ate delicious seabass, fresh from the sea and wonderfully grilled on the barbeque by the owner of this lovely place. Great service and fresh, local food! Such a delight!

Fantastic fresh crab sandwiches here for lunch today whilst sitting in the sun overlooking the harbour with a pint. We enjoyed these so much that we had an evening meal here too (crab salad, lobster and chips and fish and chips) which were delicious, followed by an evening meal here the next night too. We would like Paul and the team for fantastic food and great service. We will be back next year.

We were booked in for a meal tonight table booked for 7.00 o?clock , the meal was ok but we were waiting for our table to be cleared for more then half an hour after we finished our meals , at the time we were the only table in the restaurant/cafe . We would of order desserts but there was no menus and still plates on our table , I feel are table was forgotten about as other tables were getting better treatment when the restaurant/cafe started to fill up

Steve is the perfect host and the lobster bisque is probably the best we have ever tasted? anywhere. We can also highly recommend the steaks - super tender and cooked to perfection - as well as the sea bass, in fact every morsel, on two separate occasions, excited the tastebuds. Highly recommended.

Popped in for lunch whilst visiting Solva for the first time. Calamari with Asian style seaweed was delish and my husband loved his sea bass and chips. The fillet of sea bass was thick and juicy! we were very impressed!

I had an absolutely stunning evening meal, calamari with Asian seaweed, minute steak on flatbread with chimmichurri, then berry crumble. All faultless and excellent value. Steve's aim is to source the ingredients locally to maintain and enhance the local infrastructure. He succeeds well. I'll definitely be back.
I was not residential so I cannot comment on that.
