I used to love Mamgu and their produce, however my recent interaction has left me rather disappointed and asking “where is their Customer Service”? I purchased a Christmas Box from them on 19 December 24 and paid £5.70 for next day delivery. It took 9 days to deliver and no hint of acceptance from Mamgu for the delivery,...
