No ice for the 3rd week now. Unbelievable how hard ls it to get this fixed?Couldnt enjoy a gin, vodka or a baileys this Christmas....clearly dont care about their customers. Wethers sort it out ffs!!

Took a load of little ones for their grandma's birthday. Excellent time for all.
Parking: Near the station for everyone to arrive.

Very bad service and rude employees.
We were 10 people standing waiting for a table and one of the staff just ignored us when we asked if we can have the table cleaned and kept on cleaning other tables.
Absolute joke.
Management should really consider training their staff on how to do their job.
And another incident about missing one of the orders,after 45 min debating what happened one of the girls came to bring the missing pasta with a very arrogant and rude attitude.
Only good thing was that the food was great.
Very dissapointed i must say.

The food was fine and it came quickly, but several tables remained uncleared for our entire visit of around 45 minutes. Furthermore, unfortunately the atmosphere was ruined by people playing things out loud on their phones throughout our meal. Also, they had ran out of tomato ketchup.

Great place, typically English atmosphere. Dinner was served quickly and tasty. Personally, I ate an Asian dish that was delicious, the people with me ate a hamburger, fish and chips, and a tortilla. Everyone liked everything. I recommend

Food was lukewarm when brought to the table and 3 of the real ales were unavailable. Chips were cold and so was everything else before the meal had been eaten. Decor was very old fashioned and dingy. Not up to usual Weatherspoon standards, won't be going back there anytime soon.
