This is an amazing restaurant. Stunning location looking across the beautiful Oxwich Bay and towards North Devon. Exciting and superb food- locally sourced and each course so special- extra treats including canapés. Friendly and welcoming service- every member of staff was delightful and made us feel so special. We absolutely love it at Thr Beach House. They have created something quite magical!!!

Food was the best we have ever had. Lovely to have a different selection of cocktails. Thank you for the anniversary card, that was really thoughtful. Only thing was there was no one to welcome and took a while to be seated and order taken.

It was a pleasure, exquisite food, amazing view, lovely building, knowledgeable and interesting service from the staff without a hint of pretentiousness (which can sometime creep in with Michelin Star restaurants). Dealt with my dietary needs superbly. I would love to visit again.

Beach House offers a wonderful 8 course tasting menu that features local ingredients in a great setting right on the coast. The wonderful staff able to accommodate my reservation to dine just a couple hours before the service.

Set in a wonderful location, this fine restaurant exudes relaxed charm and ambience. The food is absolutely stunning. Local produce and flavours blend with exotic ideas from around the world, to create a heady fusion of taste and texture.
We were celebrating our 40 wedding anniversary, and it was lovely to receive a signed card from everyone. I was particularly impressed by the fact that all the staff found time to knowledgeably chat, about the food, wine and life in general. The management are to be commended in having good staffing levels, so they can do that, yet also deliver excellent and prompt service. It's not cheap, but it is the sort of place that memories are made. Sadly we don't live close by, but we will definitely make a trip back sometime!

Fantastic meal, best lamb of my life. Awesome staff. Wife loved the vegan tasting menu, although it should maybe be a tad cheaper than the omnivore one given lobster vs. pea prices.

Disappointing Experience ? Not Worthy of a Michelin Star!
We visited this restaurant on a Saturday night and, unfortunately, had a very poor experience ? one of the worst of our entire trip through Wales.
Service was shockingly slow and inattentive. After being seated, it took over an hour before anyone came to take our menu preferences. From there, things only got worse. Throughout the evening, we had to get up from the table to find staff just to request basics like salt or drinks. It felt like we were constantly chasing service, which completely disrupted the experience.
As for the food ? sadly, it didn?t live up to its Michelin reputation. The bread and dessert were the highlights, but the main course (lamb) was underwhelming and quite bland. Overall, it simply didn?t feel like a Michelin-level meal, either in quality or in hospitality.
We expected much more, especially given the rating and price point. Would not return or recommend based on this visit.

We had a glorious evening. Everything was wonderful, every mouthful of food stunned in flavour, wine advice was perfect and all the staff were friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. Very relaxed atmosphere for what was truly fine dining, thank you

Superbly elegant and thoughtful dishes served in a beautiful beachside setting. Lots of fun or generous touches. There were many hits here ? the lobster dish and the sea buckthorn ice cream will be particularly memorable ? but all of it was good. This is worth travelling for and deserves its star this year.
