Staff were great, but I had stale bread on a pre-made sandwich, and ham and cheese toasties were slimy. Milkshake was sickly with how rich it was, wouldn't recommend for anyone

Exceptionally rude staff. Dreadful hygiene as well (e.g. female member of staff eating behind the counter and male member of staff picking his nose!). Strong recommend avoiding this place.

The staff have been rude on a number of occasions and a number of times our orders have been wrong. The sandwiches are nice but very expensive for what they are.

Food and drinks are over-priced, for example, £3.50 for a small bottle of coke or sprite and £3.20 for a very small slice of cake, although the cakes were nice. Service was quick as there were no queues, however, a smile and making customers feel more welcome rather than tapping your fingers impatiently on the counter while we decided what to have wouldn?t go amiss. The male who served us appeared miserable and lacking in the know how of basic customer service skills. Overall, it doesn?t create a very welcoming atmosphere, hence we wouldn?t return.

Quite slow seeing as there are quite a few staff there. Toastie was ok, but very overpriced. The "coleslaw" was bitter and dry. The salad was fine but was quite sweet. If you walk just a few more minutes into the town you will find much nicer places.
